Dave is a seasoned litigator who has handled thousands of cases against numerous insurance companies throughout Florida.  These cases include a wide variety of personal injury claims primarily including auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability as well as many other situations wherein someone suffered injury.  Dave also handles insurance disputes representing individuals and companies against their insurers where the insurer refuses to afford coverage or fails to provide full reimbursement for a claim.  These claims usually arise in the context of damage to commercial and residential property as well as automobile damage claims.
