Kevin C. Allen-Nash, is originally from McKeesport, Pennsylvania (Greater Pittsburgh). After graduating high school, Kevin attended Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio where he earned his B.A., in Political Science. Soon thereafter, he continued his career in education and non-profit sector. In 2006, Kevin would relocate to Lake County Florida where he continued his career in education, while pursuing his law degree at the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law. While in Law School, Kevin clerked for the Honorable Judge Reginald Whitehead and lead the law school’s legal clinic efforts to combat housing discrimination in Orange County. Attorney Allen Nash began his legal career with the Seventh Circuit State Attorney’s office as an Assistant State Attorney where he would hone his trial and litigation skills while serving the state of Florida and its residents. Upon leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Kevin would begin his work in private practice including as in-house counsel for a central Florida private school and ultimately as a co-founder of a regional trial firm handling an array of legal matters throughout the State of Florida.

In addition, Kevin holds his LL.M in Labor and Employment Law. Kevin is certified to practice in the State of Florida and U.S. Middle District Court. Kevin has previously been certified as Florida Supreme Court Mediator.

Kevin joins the Anthony-Smith Law Firm with an established record of zealously advocating for his clients and as an experienced litigator.

Throughout Kevin’s career he has remained a community and youth advocate from his time in education and organizations like Fellowship of Christian Athletes (Board Member) and the Boys and Girls Club of America. Currently he serves as the President of Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter of the National Bar Association and as a liaison member to the Florida Board of Governors, serving on the Judicial Nominating Procedures Committee, Program Evaluation Committee and Government and Public Policy Advocacy Committee. In addition, Kevin is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

He is most proud of being the husband of Melissa Allen Nash and father of their two children Jason and Nicole.
